CEDAR CREEK HARRIS' TIPPY
(Now living near Des Moines, IA.)

Seven weeks old

Tippy's new family with Copper & Maggie.

The "bonding" begins on their ride home.

Hello Peg,

Attached are some pics from our recent trip to the cabin. Tippy does very well in the car - wish I could say the same for the kids. :) We're going up again at the end of the month and we joked we would take her and leave the kids with a sitter. LOL!

She had a wonderful time. Loved being able to run around, hide in the weeds and spy on the wild turkeys nearby. She had a lot of fun at the river too and was not afraid of the boat.

I wanted to say Thanks for giving us such a wonderful puppy. She is so well behaved! And I can trust her. Don't get me wrong she has her puppy moments now and then, but she is never out of control. She listens very well and knows her territory. We still haven't put up a fence at home but she never tries to run off. Even in the wide open spaces at the cabin she would run about and all I had to do was call and she'd come right to me. She loves Joe so much. He took off down the river with Lauren in the boat and she started to run along the bank and wimper like "don't leave" but I called to her and she came right back. Then she got on her rock to keep a look out. (pic attached)

Anyway, hope you enjoy hearing her stories and seeing the photos.

Linda
